How we source
Every record lists its sources, and each source carries the date it was checked. A primary source is the body that owns the fact: the regulator, the registry or the journal. A source that is not a primary document is marked "Secondary" on the record.
AI assistance
Drafts are produced with AI assistance. We never attribute a byline to an AI system.
How we count and grade
The rule for what counts as a completed randomized trial, and what each grade means, is on the page How we count a trial. Every change to a record is logged on the changelog.
No dosing, no affiliate links
We publish no dosing instructions, no administration guidance and no affiliate links. No seller is named on the site today. When the first scores are done, sellers will be named only in the ranking on the Standard page, where each is scored on the same published criteria and none can pay for a place. We never pair a named compound with a specific health promise. We say what was tested, in whom, and what the study found.
Routing to clinicians
Every page routes health decisions to a licensed healthcare professional. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Corrections
When we are wrong, we say so publicly. Corrections are logged on the Corrections page with the item, what was wrong, and what was changed. The original error is not silently deleted. The two logs divide this way: a fact that was wrong on the day we published it is a correction; a fact that was right and later changed, because a trial completed or a regulator acted, is a change and goes on the changelog.
