What Changed on the Table?

Every change to one of the 57 records is logged here, with its date, the compound, what changed and the source behind it. The log opens with one line per record, the date it was last checked, so you can see when each one was looked at.

How to read this log

Each line is one record on one date, newest first. After the opening lines, there are three kinds of entry.

  • A fact changed. The line names the old value, the new value and the source. Example: “Completed randomized trials: 3 became 4. Source: the trial's registry page, linked.”
  • Reworded, no facts changed. A rewrite that moves no fact gets this line and nothing more.
  • A new record. The line names the compound and links its record. Example: “New record added. Sources listed on the record.”

A quiet week gets no entry. A check that finds no change moves the record's checked date and adds no line. The line above the log gives the date of the last check.

The log

Last change: , KPV (lysine-proline-valine).

  1. New record. HHS's interim policy of 28 October 2026 names KPV acetate, and the FDA's May 2026 briefing document is the primary source for what is known.

  2. BPC-157

HHS published an interim enforcement policy that covers BPC-157 acetate. The Compounding line, the status line and the change triggers were updated.

  3. HHS published an interim enforcement policy that covers Epitalon acetate. A Compounding line and a change trigger were added.

  4. MOTS-c

HHS published an interim enforcement policy that covers MOTS-c acetate. A Compounding line and a change trigger were added.

  5. Its parent compound BPC-157 is now under an HHS interim policy. The arginate form is not named in it. The status line and the Compounding line were updated.

  6. Semax

HHS published an interim enforcement policy that covers Semax free base. A Compounding line and a change trigger were added.

  7. TB-500

HHS published an interim enforcement policy that covers TB-500 acetate. A Compounding line and a change trigger were added. Lines that said no chemical identity stands behind the name now say that sellers use it for different molecules and that HHS defines one form.

  8. BPC-157

Corrected. One of the five human studies the FDA found was randomized against a placebo: 53 people with ulcerative colitis. Its results exist only as a meeting abstract, which the FDA called inadequate, so it fails our fourth test and the count stays 0. The record had said none of the five had a comparison group.

  9. The look-back study gave NAD+ to 6 people (8 others got nicotinamide riboside), and its symptoms are now that group's. The 2026 FDA item is a warning letter about endotoxin controls, not a recall.

  10. MOTS-c

Corrected the year. WADA's own summary of the 2025 List says MOTS-c "was added as an example". The record said 2024, from a secondary source.

  11. Retatrutide

TRIUMPH-2 is now published in full in The Lancet (September 2026). The short answer, the study table and the gap say so. Still not approved, still in Phase 3.

  12. Amino acid sequence corrected. Position 7 is the mirror-image (D) form of phenylalanine. The record had listed the standard form.

  13. Amino acid sequence corrected to D-Ala-D-2Nal-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys. The record had listed Ala-Trp-Ala-Trp-Phe-Lys.

  14. GHRP-6

Amino acid sequence corrected to His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys. The record had listed His-Trp-Ala-Trp-Phe-Lys.

  15. Hexarelin

Amino acid sequence corrected to His-D-Trp(2-Me)-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys. The record had listed His-Trp-Ala-Trp-Phe-Lys.

    PubChem (opens in new tab)

  16. Sport status corrected from "Not named" to "Banned". WADA's 2026 Prohibited List names desmopressin in class S5.

  17. Kisspeptin-10

Sport status corrected from "Monitored" to "Banned in men". WADA's 2026 Prohibited List names kisspeptin and its agonist analogues in class S2.

    Sources listed on the record

  18. Sport line made exact: banned in men, at all times, under class S2 of WADA's 2026 Prohibited List.

  19. LL-37

Count corrected from 0 to 1 and grade from D to B. A randomized, placebo-controlled trial in 34 people, published in 2014, is now listed.

    Sources listed on the record

  20. Corrected: the record said no controlled human study exists. One small placebo-controlled study from 1998 is now listed. The count stays at zero, because its abstract does not say it was randomized.

    Sources listed on the record

  21. Sport status corrected from "Not named" to "Monitored". WADA's 2026 Monitoring Program lists markers of semaglutide and tirzepatide.

  22. Sport status corrected from "Not named" to "Banned". WADA's 2026 Prohibited List names tesamorelin in class S2.

  23. Count corrected from 0 to 1 and grade from C to B. A randomized trial in 361 patients with severe sepsis, published in 2013, is now listed.

  24. Sport status corrected from "Not named" to "Monitored". WADA's 2026 Monitoring Program lists markers of semaglutide and tirzepatide.
